At WIM Resource, we’re committed to supporting the next generation of regional talent and providing students with opportunities to explore careers in the resources industry.

In 2026, WIM Resource welcomed our first local work experience student, Charlie Murray, who aspires to become a geologist. During his time with us, Charlie experienced a range of activities and gained an insight into the diverse work undertaken by our Exploration Manager and Senior Geologist, David Jelley.

We thank Charlie for spending the week with the WIM Resource team and wish him every success as he continues his studies and works towards his goal of becoming a geologist.
