AVONBANK PROJECT UPDATE – RETENTION LICENCE 2014 GRANTED

Avonbank Project – Update on Resource Development Activities during Quarter 1, 2014

WIM Resource Pty Ltd (WIM) is committed to providing a safe workplace and operational environment for all stakeholders. The health & safety of all stakeholders forms WIM’s central operating focus when conducting exploration activities.

The RL will provide WIM a window of time (initially 10 year’s) whereby WIM can assess the deposit. It should be noted that the below work programme is very general; and the reason for this is that WIM is still in an early stage of project assessment and the timing of certain elements of the work programme are not clear at this stage. This is intended to be an approximate guide only.

A Retention Licence Application (RL) covering the existing Avonbank heavy mineral sands deposit was submitted to the state government and this was accepted officially on the 25th of November 2013 and assigned as RL Application 2014. Attached is a location plan showing the proposed outline of the RL. The purpose of this Company Notice is to provide all stakeholders an update of WIM’s plans for the Avonbank Project (now RL 2014).
