Avonbank
Avonbank – A World Class Project
The Avonbank Project is WIM’s flagship project, with a proven and probable reserve of 311.8 million tonnes (Mt) that underpins a 36-year project life. The project will be a major supplier of zircon and titanium, as well as minor byproducts of rare earths.
Avonbank will produce a range of critical minerals required for the future electrification of the global economy, as well as for ceramics and paint pigment needed for everyday living.
Location
Avonbank is well-located, around 15 km north of the City of Horsham, with existing highway access to the mine site and to the deepwater bulk shipping Port of Portland. The mine site is also very well-located with respect to water and power supply.

Avonbank is currently at an advanced stage of development, WIM has completed:
- Definitive Feasibility Study
- Trial mining via a test pit
- Produced Heavy Mineral Concentrate (HMC) over six months of production via a Demonstration scale Wet Concentration Plant (WCP)
